Delete your account
You can start account deletion inside RONAX.
- Open RONAX and sign in.
- Open Chat settings using the gear button.
- Select “Delete RONAX account” and review the details.
- If you own a group, transfer ownership or delete the group first.
- Enter the requested confirmation details and confirm permanent deletion.
What does deletion include?
The confirmation screen explains that deletion covers your account profile, phone number, sessions, messages, media, statuses, group memberships and your data in other RONAX sections. Other users’ messages remain. Independent copies previously saved or shared by others may remain.
Deletion is permanent. According to the current deletion screen, it applies to the active system. Media cleanup may take time, and previous backups require removal through backup management procedures.
Cannot access your account?
Email ronaxapp@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. Account ownership must be verified before processing a request. Do not email passwords or verification codes.
